  I don't know where you are in MO but if you are in KC, Mo. Bo Lings on the Plaza has Dim Sum on Sundays only. (My mom goes says is very good)

  There's a place in Hazelwood, very close to the St. Louis airport, though I'm not certain of the name... it might be China Village or China Royal. It's on Lindbergh about a mile south of 270.
  
  I haven't been there myself, but it's very close to my mother's house. We tried to go there last year but they weren't open that day.
