    <summary type="html">har gow is my metric to the quality of the place, tofu skin roll is a nice vegetarian option, pan fried shrimp and chives, the rice in the tea leaves...  i get my feet on often.  the sesame balls are always my closer, make sure you have a fresh pot of tea though.</summary>

    <summary type="html">rice noodle rolls - cheong fan.. with any filling, especially the doughnut (yu tiao)&#xD;
the chook feet..yummy, but a lot of work.&#xD;
Love the soup dumplings &#xD;
steamed baby calamari&#xD;
steamed shrimp stuffed tofu and stuffed eggplant with black bean sauce... oo this would have been easier to list what I really can't stand at dim sum:&#xD;
I once had a deep fried pig intestine which tasted just like you thought it would (yuk). The turnip cake doesn't do much for me, but I don't hate it like I hate pig intestine..ewww..</summary>

    <summary type="html">I like the, rolled tofu skin filled with shrimp, pork and mushrooms.&#xD;
I think they are, Sin Jiu Gin... I can NEVER say it right, and when I ask for it, they always ask me multiple times... what? what? ..... oh... Sin Jiu Giiiiin.&#xD;
tonal languages are so tough for me.&#xD;
I like the long white noodles with the specks dried shrimp... I used to go to a place in San Diego where they would pan fry the stuff, giving it a nice crusty crunch... drizzled with sesame and hoisin... that stuff is good.&#xD;
I like the chicken claws too, but I think the flavor is not woth the effort.&#xD;
As a kid in the Philippines, I remember the Filipino version of the chicken claws... over there, they are on a stick, deep fried then dunked into several different sauces, they're called, "Adidas"... never tried them.</summary>

    <summary type="html">The sticky rice is my fave...I especially like it when the include the chunk of sausage, the hard cooked egg yolk, and the teeny tiny shrimps.&#xD;

A funny duck story...we go out to dim sum pretty often, and I got a plate of duck one time.  My 6 year old asked what it was and I told her.  "You mean they killed a duck for that?!?!", and I said, "yes, they did",and she said "well that's just MEAN!!!!".  What could I say?  So I just ate all my duck, smiling the whole time :)&#xD;

We later had to have the discussion about where chicken comes from...and she loves chicken!</summary>

    <summary type="html">Oh, and I forgot to mention lotus-leaf sticky rice. The place I go has started making it different recently...has a bit more herbal taste than it used to. I really like it! I tried chicken's feet as well as tripe once (my ex-bf's dad loved the stuff) - I'll try just about anything once. I just couldn't get over the feeling of chewing on little knucklebones though...  ;)</summary>
