    <summary type="html">Anyone have favorite dim sum restaurants in the SF South Bay.  My favorite so far is ABC in Milpitas, which I prefer to nearby Mayflower.  And I've tried one relatively small place in Cupertino.  I've heard Dynasty (in San Jose?) is good.  Any recommendations?</summary>
