I am currently a refugee of Manteca... there is a great Chinese place in town that serves a huge portion of Hong Kong style pan fried noodle for under $6, but i haven't found any restaurants that serve dim sum here or know of any nearby. Does anyone know of any places in the vicinity that serve???
