They have a huge selection and a really nice sitting area w/ views of the bay. I highly recommend their big bowl of tripe w/ radishes & the beef shank w/ jellyfish. They also have a pretty good variety of dumplings (shanghai, shrimp, chiu-chow, pork, etc..). Make sure you get the corresponding sauces/mustards with the dumplings. There's also this sliced tofu plate topped with thousand-year egg and spices... delicious, so keep an eye out for it. Their XO sauce panfried rice noodles, while not the tops like Harbor Village in SF, is getting better and better every time. I've been going to this place with my family for many years now and it's always consistent and has quick and friendly service. Off the top of my head, I'd reccommend the har gao, the clams in black bean sauce, stewed chicken feet, anything with cha shu (BBQ pork) in it, gai lan in oyster sauce, congealed pork blood (if that's your cup of tea) and although I'm often wary of the egg custard tarts, (had too many really awful ones) theirs were very tasty and not at all greasy. But do avoid the battered shrimp. Items range from $0.45 to $1.50. The goodies are hidden in the stacked steamers behind the counter. There you will find plenty of steamed dumplings and wrapped rice packets.
